Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across India. For really bulky and liquid items like plywood, timber, laminates, veneers, MDF and many more, delivery is done on a "best-effort" basis.

How is shipping and delivery done?

We have tied up with Courier Agency courier partners for delivery across India. The bulky and liquid merchandize offered on our site is hand-delivered by us through our own delivery teams. the delivery address in terms of access to elevators, staircases etc. For shipments delivered by us, we do not bear restrictions on timing, entry of delivery van/delivery personnel, prohibition of usage of staircase/elevators etc. For these factors, if the delivery is cancelled, then the customer would have to bear re-delivery charges of an amount mention in the Order memo or as mention in the Order details of the product.

How will you come to know about dispatch and delivery status?

When your goods are ready to be shipped, you would get a SMS & email notification informing you about the estimated delivery time. If you have any special delivery requirements, please mention this at the time of placing an order. www.onlineplybazaar.com does not make any guarantee in terms of meeting them but we would try best to factor those in planning our delivery.

What is the shipping cost?

Our shipping costs are in 2 slabs :

  • For most of the products, we provide free shipping for all orders of specified amount and above. For order value of less than specified amount we charge a nominal shipping fee.
  • For the bulky items and liquid items, a flat charge of specified amount/order will be levied and it will be fixed for any order volume/value

For bulky items, depending upon customer's delivery site, site-level labour charges might have to be paid by the customer; these can be paid directly by the customer to the delivery team.

How can I check the delivery status of my order?

When your order is dispatched, you shall receive an email and SMS with the dispatch details.

For deliveries handled by us, you can directly speak to our delivery executive, whose number would shared with you in the SMS.

For deliveries handled through the courier companies, you may go to the links provided in the emails to track the courier status by entering your courier AWB nos.

In how long will the product be delivered?

We strive to deliver the products within 7-10 business days. These timelines are just indicative and the actual delivery timeline can vary depending upon location and product ordered. For the calculation of business days, Sundays and public holidays are excluded. If for some reason there is a delay due to stock-out at manufacturer’s end, we would intimate the same to you through call/SMS/email.

What should I do if my order does not arrive?

In case your order is not shipped within the above stipulated time, please write to care@onlinebazaar.com within 3 days of expiry of the term of delivery and we shall be glad to assist you.

What if there is no one at the delivery address when the order arrives?

For merchandize handled by us, we would require someone to be present at the time of delivery. This would be intimated to you before dispatch. If no one is present at the time of delivery, then goods would be returned and a re-delivery charge of the same amount of first delivery charge would be imposed. Our customer service executive would contact you to fix an alternate delivery schedule.

In cases where the delivery is being handled by our courier partners, the courier will leave a note requesting a call back at a given number, where you should intimate your exact time of availability for delivery.

What if the package is opened or looks to be tampered with upon delivery?

Please do not accept the package and contact us so that we assist you with further instructions. Please refer to our Cancellation & Returns Policy for more details.

Are the products under Warranty?

All of our products come with the standard manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to our Cancellation & Returns Policy for more details.

Arbitration Policy

"Any dissatisfaction on the part of customer shall be first referred to the Customer Care department of the Website vide our email: care@onlinebazaar.com and be dealt in accordance with the policy of the Company"

"Any claim, dispute or difference relating to or arising out of this Agreement persisting after the communication to the Customer Care department shall be referred for the arbitration, to a sole arbitrator or the Consumer Forum, as the case may be. The arbitration shall be subject to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as may be amended from time to time. The Arbitration Centre of the Jurisdiction applicable, will appoint the Sole Arbitrator and will conduct the Arbitration in accordance with its rules for conducting the Arbitration proceedings then in force and applicable to the proceeding. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be the place where registered office of the company is situated or the place from where the website is being operated as the case may be. The proceedings shall be undertaken in English or in local language. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on the parties.

The settlement of consumer’s disputes in relation with the description of Goods and provisions of Services provided through the website of the Company shall be governed by The Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and the settlement procedure shall be in accordance with the manner provided by the Consumer forum established under the Act for this purpose."

Payment Policy

onlineplybazaar’s payment policy currently allows for three modes of payment for items ordered either through the website or those confirmed with our sales team via phone, e-mail, or chat.

We also accept Cash on Delivery (COD). For certain items, we will ask for an advance payment to be made via an Online Bank Transfer via RTGS/NEFT (see above for account details) for the order to be processed, and the rest can be paid at the time of delivery. Please note that the cash should be paid when the truck reaches the delivery location before unloading the material.

3. Payment by Debit card/ Credit card :

We accept cards of bank list and type ex. Master, Visa and other.

onlineplybazaar does not provide any credit on payments, and insists on full payments for the order to be successfully completed.

  • All prices provided on the Website are in Indian Rupee.
  • We accept payments in Indian Rupee only by credit or debit card or PayPal or COD. We may accept other forms of payment from time to time, which will be clearly indicated on our Website.
  • ONLINEPLYBAZAAR will insure items prior to postage until the Item is delivered. ONLINEPLYBAZAAR aims to dispatch items within 48 hours of receiving the order (if accepted). Our office hours for shipping are from 9am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. ONLINEPLYBAZAAR will not be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance process.
  • If there are custom duties and/or any taxes to be paid for the order, Buyer agrees to bear all cost(s) and will pay the cost(s) directly to the Customs.
  • For payment of Item on website, you confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit or debit card to use it. All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. (d) E-gift cards and promotional vouchers must be entered at the checkout page online only. Physical presentation of vouchers to Onlineplybazaar personnel will not be accepted.

(e) To minimise the risk of unauthorised access, we encrypt your card data. Once we receive your Order we will request pre-authorisation on your card to ensure there are sufficient funds available to complete the transaction. Order will not be confirmed until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once we have sent you the Order Confirmation. Cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorisation, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Cancellation & Returns

What should I do if the product is not what I ordered or has arrived damaged?

We strongly recommend you to verify the product at the time of delivery. This is because most of the products being handled by us being bulky, they can potentially get damaged while storage at your place, in terms of handling by the contractors/installers etc. at your end at which point of time it becomes very difficult to ascertain the cause of damage.

If a product is found damaged or an incorrect product has been shipped to you, please register a complaint by writing to us at care@onlinebazaar.com or call us at 18008339200. Our customer service team would get in touch with you to arrange a free of cost replacement within 5-7 business days or a refund would be done to your account.

Returns will not be accepted if,

  • The materials have been opened/used, either fully or partially.
  • The materials have been tampered with after delivery. This includes faulty storage. We do not accept partial returns.
  • If invoice is not available.
  • The material has been damaged after delivery.

If replacement for the materials returned is unavailable, we will refund the customer the amount that has been paid for the material. The refund will be carried out through online bank transfer via NEFT/RTGS.

What is the replacement policy for manufacturing and quality defects?

All of our products come with the standard manufacturer’s warranty. If you find a manufacturing defect in the product, please inform us within 7 days of delivery by writing to us at care@onlinebazaar.com ,Our customer service executive would get in touch with you within 5-7 business days. In case of genuine defect, we shall offer you a replacement at no extra cost or refund of the amount to you. The timeline for this replacement would be communicated separately to you.

Please note that the final decision in terms of replacement lies solely at the discretion of onlineplybazaar.com. Can I cancel an order?

Yes, if the product has not been shipped, you may cancel the order (after deduction of payment processing charges, if any. Kindly write to us at care@onlinebazaar.com or contact our customer care number (18008339200) for any cancellation requests immediately. We will have the sole right to decide whether the order has been shipped or not.

Please note that orders for items where customization is needed, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. In the event of non-availability of ordered products due to manufacturer stock-out or due to technical limitations, we would offer you 100% refund within 10-14 business days or an option to change your order suitably. Our customer service executive would get in touch with you for this.

Once I place an order, can I get it changed?

Yes, if your order has not been shipped, you may request for a change it. Any difference in charges would have to be borne by you. If you opt for a product with lower value, then the extra amount would be refunded to you within 10-14 business days, after deducting the payment processing costs. If you opt for a product with higher value, the differential amount would have to be borne by you. However, once the order has been shipped, any request for changes would not be entertained.

Please note that orders for items where customization is needed, even before an order is shipped, it might not be possible to modify it.

How will I get the refund on cancellation?

You will receive the refund in the same manner in which you made the original payment within 10-14 business days of the cancellation.

What if there is a dispute regarding cancellation and replacement?

In case of any dispute regarding returns, the final decision shall be ours and the customer shall have to accept it. In case of arbitration for a dispute, it shall be subject to SURAT jurisdiction only. plybazaar.com’s liability to any claims will only be limited to the cost of the product in question.

What if I need a different product that what was delivered to me?

Replacement of any product(s) that was delivered to you as per your order would be solely at the discretion of onilneplybazaar.com. If we accept the replacement, then the customer would have to bear Rs. 200 or 10% of the invoice amount, whichever is higher. In case of any difference in the product amount, the same would have to be paid by the customer. In case the replacement is of lower value, plybazaar.com would refund the difference in amount.

This policy covers the general aspects of Returns and Cancelation of Customer’s Order. The refund shall be subject to Processing Fees and Taxes, if any. Company shall not be liable for the expenses of the customer incurred during the process of return or replacement, if any.

None of the provisions contained in these Terms affect your statutory rights.

6. General :

You may not assign or transfer your rights and/or obligations under these Terms or any Agreement into which these Terms are incorporated. No person other than ONLINEPLYBAZAAR or a Buyer shall have any rights to enforce any of these Terms or any Agreement into which these Terms are incorporated. These terms shall be governed in accordance with Indian law.
